Riyadh Sports Boulevard

Unveiled on March 19, 2019, the Riyadh Sports Boulevard project is one of the city’s four projects launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to help contribute to the Vision 2030 goal of increasing sports activities in the community.

The Riyadh Sports Boulevard features green pedestrian pathways, 123km of horse-riding routes and two core cycling routes (135km and 90km respectively) that cater to riders of all abilities. The complex extends for 135km across Riyadh, connecting Wadi Hanifah in the west with Wadi Al Sulai in the east via the Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road, and contributes to improving quality of life in line with Vision 2030 targets.

The Riyadh Sports Boulevard has 9 key areas: Hanifah Valley Zone, Art Zone, Al Yasen Zone, Recreational Zone, Sports Zone, Sports Tower, Environmental Zone, Al Sulai Valley Zone and Sand Dunes Park Zone
